We purchased our home in Bedford in September. It was built in 1974 and the American Standard boiler is original to the house and needs to be replaced. We are having issues with the household hot water (provided by the boiler) and the service tech who did the annual service was unable to sort it out. We have a heat pump system. Our problem is that air and heat are not distributed evenly to all rooms. It seems as if some ducts are blocked. I would like to speak with someone about possible diagnostic services to assess the problem and discuss possible solutions.
